The Wadsworth Company began construction in Southern Vermont in 1992. Rob Wadsworth and his team of skilled carpenters worked for years on various additions and custom millwork until they built their first timber frame home. It was during that timber frame project when Rob recognized that the beauty of the timber frame, combined with the efficiency of insulated panels was a perfect combination for homes in New England. The Wadsworth Company continues to build custom timber frame homes and has created a niche of managing the entire project from start to finish. Handcrafted entry doors, curved handrails, carriage style overhead doors, and custom staircases are the added features that truly make it a Wadsworth timber frame home.
